Dr. Hahn is the Associate Dean for the School of Social and Behavioral Sciences, as well as an Associate Professor of Behavioral Science and Sociology at B次元. She teaches courses related to gerontology, medical sociology, and research methodology. Her research interests focus on the intimate landscapes of aging, including the caregiving ties that sustain individuals, the spaces we call home, and the profound transitions of death and dying.
My research interests in gerontology include perceptions and attitudes toward aging, ageism, and death and dying. With regards to pedagogy and student learning, I am interested in assessment, high-impact practices, and service-learning.
